#03 Bistecca alla Fiorentina BBQ Steak Florentine 1″E”

Ingredienti:  
  1. Sale e pepe
  2.  Olio di olivo
  3.  Bistecca completa di filetto e controfiletto: 1 kg (“T”)
Preparazione:
  1. Mettere la bistecca in un largo piatto, irrorarla con un filo d’olio ,insaporirla con abbondante pepe macinato fresco e lasciarla marinare così per dieci minuti.
  2. Fare arroventare la griglia (sarebbe meglio usare la brace di legna),
  3. Adagiarvi la bistecca e lasciarla cuocere tre o quattro minuti per parte;
  4. Salarla un attimo prima di levarla dal fuoco e servirla subito, caldissima.
Accompagna con del Chianti o Syrha

Recipe for 2
Coking time 6/7 minutes
Ingredients:
  1. 2T bone, Porterhouse or New York 8 to 10 oz ea.
  2. Salt Pepper
  3. olive Oil
Preparation:
  1. Place steaks in large plate, drop same olive oil and massage all over, salt end pepper on boats sides,
  2. Let marinate for 10 or 15 minutes.
  3. Let the BBQ grill very hot (wood is recommended)
  4. Laid the steaks on it and Let hem cook for 4 or 5 minutes on ea. Side
  5. Removed from grill,
  6. Let rest for at least 5 minutes before carving, serve very hot with a salad
Drink same Chianti or Syrah
