#04 Brodo dl pollo Chicken brood “E” (Low Calorie)

Brodo dl pollo
Ricetta per 6
Ingredienti:

  1. 1 Pollo di un chilo
  2. 1 carota grande
  3. 2 costole di sedano
  4. Una cipolla
  5. 2 cucchiai di prezzemolo tritato
  6. 2 litri e un quarto di acqua
  7. 1 cucchiaio da tavola ben pieno di concentrato
  8. di pollo non salato sciolto in acqua tiepida
  9. Sale e pepe necessario       
Preparazione:
  1. Rimuovere tutta la pelle e il grasso visibile
  2. Preparate cipolla, carota sedano e prezzemolo
  3. In una pentola, mettete nell’acqua il pollo e il resto degli ingredienti
  4. Cucinate a fuoco alto fino a quando bolle, abbassate la fiamma , assimilate per 2 ore
  5. Rimuovere dal fornello, lasciate freddare un po, colate il brodo quando e abbastanza freddo refrigerate, rimuovere il rimanente grasso prima del’uso
nota: Rimuovete la carne dalla carcassa, refrigerate, si può usare condita e unita con vegetali come contorno( Vedi ricetta “ insalata di pollo lesso”

Chicken brood
Recipe for 6
Ingredients:
  1. 1 2LB whole chicken
  2. 1 Large carrot
  3. 1 Medium with onions
  4. 2 Stalk celery
  5. 2 Table spoon chopped  parsley
  6. Quart water
  7. 1 Table spoon sodium free chicken base
  8. Salt pepper as needed
Preparation:
1.        Skin chicken and eliminate the visible fat.
2.       
Wash and prep celery, carrot and parsley, clean onions

3.       
Poor water chicken base, vegetable, chicken, salt and pepper in a pan large to hold all the ingredients,

4.       
Set on stove, bring to boil, cover and seam for 2 ours

5.       
Check occasionally and skim the fat from surface if needed

6.        At the end of 2 ours, remove the chicken, strain the brood,  poor in sealable container and refrigerated

7.       
Skim all fat before use
Notes: If you want use the mead and vegetable, remove all bones from chicken, cut in desired size and seasoned with olive oil vinegar salt and pepper, a stemmed green beans, or potatoes or both mix well ( See Chicken salad vinaigrette)
