#20 Panzanella

Ingredienti:

  1. Pane casareccio, fette di 2 centimetri tostate alla griglia, croccanti.
  2. Pomodori maturi  a fette sottili
  3. Aceto Balsamico.
  4. Aglio al forno, con una forchetta lavoatelo un poco, dovrebbe essere cremoso
  5. Olio di oliva Extra vergine
  6. Basilico tagliato a striscioline
  7. Sale e pepe
Direzioni:

  1. Disponete  il pane in un piatto,
  2. Versate un po di olio di olivo,
  3. Con coltello  spalmate l’aglio e spruzzate alcune gocce di aceto balsamico
  4. Aggiungete  i pomodori sopra, strofinandoli in modo da far assorbire il sugo al pane.
  5. Aggiungete il basilico e alcune goccie di olio
  6. Condite con sale e pepe ,
Servite

Panzanella # 20

Ingredients:

  1. French or sour dough bread, ¾ of inch slices of toasted on a grill, crispy.
  2. Ripe tomatoes, thin sliced
  3. Balsamic Vinegar.
  4. Roasted garlic, smashed with a fork, should be creamy.
  5. Extra virgin olive oil
  6. Basil cut into strip
  7. Salt and pepper.
Directions:

  1. Arrange the bread on a plate,
  2. Pour a little olive oil.
  3. With a knife, spread the garlic and sprinkle a few drops of balsamic vinegar
  4. add the tomatoes, rubbing them in order to make the bread absorb the sauce.
  5. Add the basil and a few drops of oil
  6. Season with salt and pepper,
serve
