#30 Vinagrette Dressing #2

Vittorio’s Kitchen "La Cucina di Vittorio"

Ingredients:

  1. 1/8 c. balsamic vinegar
  2. 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  3. 1/2 tsp. honey
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add 2/8 and 1/16 cups of virgin olive oil (always 2 1/2 times amount of vinegar).
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Use on green salads, Pasta salads, Marinate lamb roast or BBQ
