- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in
a glass jar, cover with a tight fitting lid, and shake well.
- First) Omit the salt and add 2 tablespoons
finely minced onion, 1 clove pressed garlic
- Second) Add 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil, 1
tablespoon minced fresh parsley and 1 large garlic clove, minced. Great over
- Third) Add 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley and 1
teaspoon minced fresh dill weed. Good for seafood salads or cucumber salads.
- Fourth) Add 1/2 teaspoon crumbled leaf marjoram, 2
tablespoons chopped fresh parsley and 2 tablespoons chopped scallions.
Excellent for boiled chicken salad.
