#33 Pollo e Peperoni alla Romana

Vittorio’s Kitchen "La Cucina di Vittorio"
Ingredienti:

  1. 1 Pollo tagliato in piccoli pezzi
  2. Farina
  3. 500
    gr Peperoni colorati tagliati a strisce
  4. 300 gr  Pomodori maturi, pelati, passati
    nel food processor
  5. 4 Spicchi di aglio tagliati fini
  6. Una
    cipolla media tagliata fina  
  7. Olio
    di oliva –
  8. 1
    Bicchiere vino bianco secco
  9. Sale  e  pepe 

Preparazione:

  1. Riscaldate
    l’olio rosolate lentamente il pollo infarinato, ben dorato e crocante
  2. Rimuovete il
    pollo dalla padella
  3. 3.      Nella stessa
    padella cuocete la cipolla e l’aglio ben dorati
  4. Quindi aggiungete
    il vino, lasciatelo bollire per un minuto,
  5. Aggiungete i
    pomodori con sale e pepe, coprite per dieci minuti
  6. In una padella
    separata cuocete i peperoni con un po di olio cipolla e aglio
  7. Versate i
    peperoni nella salsa
  8. Aggiungete il
    pollo con tutto il liquido che si sarà formato sotto
  9. Mischiate bene, insaporite per alcuni minuti 
    Servite  

# 33 Chicken and Peppers Roman style 
Vittorio’s Kitchen "La Cucina di Vittorio"
Ingredients:
1.    1 chicken cut into small pieces
2.    Farina
3.    500 gr bell peppers, ( do not use the green)cut into strips
4.    300 gr ripe tomatoes, peeled, passed in the food processor
5.    4 cloves of garlic chopped
6.    A medium onion, chopped
7.    Olive oil –
8.    1 glass dry white wine
9.    Salt and pepper

Preparation:
1.    Start with heating the oil
2.    Slowly brown the floured chicken, well, golden and  crispy
3.    Remove the chicken from the frying pan
4.    In the same pan, fry the onion and garlic, till golden
5.    Then, add the wine, let it boil for one minute,
6.    Add the tomatoes with salt and pepper, cover for ten minutes
7.    In a separate pan cook the peppers with some oil of onion and garlic
8.    Put the peppers in the sauce
9.    Add the chicken with all the liquid you will have in the bottom
10.    Mix well, seem for few minutes
Serve
