# 94 Salmon in Mediterranean sauce

Mediterranean Sauce

 For see food (Salmon, Halibut, end more)

For 4 people

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tblsp Butter
  2. 3 tblsp olive oil
  3. 1 colored bell pepper, roasted and peeled and  diced
  4. 4 Gloves of garlic finely chopped
  5. 4 oz Pitted black  olive, chopped
  6. 4 oz pitted green olives, chopped
  7. 1 tblsp Capers
  8. 1 Cup white wine
  9. 1 tblsp Flour, dissolved in a little cold water
  10. Hand fool of Italian parsley leaves
  11. 4, 6 to 8 oz of fishfillets

Directions:

  1. In frying pan, meld butter with oil, at medium fire
  2. Add garlic, cook until transparent.
  3. Add white wine, let the alcohol evaporate.
  4. Seasoned with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the capers, green and black olives, cook for 3 of 4 minute, until olives are tender.
  6. Lower the flame, add the flour, mix well and cook for a minute.
  7. Add the bell peppers, mix well, remove from the stove and set a side.
  8. Add the parsley, mix in the parsley leaves before pored over or under the fish, serve hot.
