Cranberry Pesto #95

Ingredienti:

 Per mezza tazza

  1. 1/3 di tazza, ben pressato di cranberry, secche
  2.  3 cucchiai di olio di olivo
  3. 2 cucchiai colmi di cipolla tagliuzzata
  4.  2 spicchi di aglio tagliuzzato
  5.   2 cucchiai colmi, di vodka
  6. Sale e pepe quanto basta
  7. 1 cucchiaio di aceto balsamico, bianco

Direzioni:

  1.   In una padella piccola, Riscaldate l’olio 
  2. Aggiungete la cipolla e l’aglio
  3.  friggere fino a che, assume un colore biondo dorato
  4. Versate la vodka, fate evaporare lalcol
  5.  quindi fatela raffredare
  6.  versate in un frullino con i rimanenti ingredienti e macinate fino a che diventa come una crema granulata

a questo punto e pronto per l’uso,

Usate come antipasto, spalmato su crostini o gallette.

splalmato sopra una ruota di formaggio, Brie, dieci centimetri grande e poi infornata a 350 f fino a che diventa soffice da spalmare su galette o crostini

Cranberry Pesto

Ingredients:

 For half a cup

  1. 1/3 cup well-pressed cranberry, dried
  2.   3 tablespoons olive oil
  3.   2 heaping tablespoons of chopped onion
  4.   2 cloves of garlic chopped
  5.   2 heaping tablespoons of vodka
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, white

Directions:

  1.  In a small skillet, Heat oi
  2.  Add the onion and garlic
  3.   Fry until it takes on a golden blonde color
  4.  Pour the vodka, let the alcohol evaporate
  5.  Then let it cool down
  6.   Pour into a blender with the remaining ingredients and ground until it becomes like a cream, granulated

At this point and is ready for use,

Use as an appetizer, spread on toast or crackers.

Spread over a ten inch big wheel of Brie and then baked at 350 f until it becomes soft enough to  spread on toast or crackers.
