olive nere# 98 Baked Black olives
Ingredients:
1. 4 cups of black olives
2. ¾ cup olive oil
3. Ts red pepper flex
4. 1 tblsp dry thyme
5. 5 cloves of garlic, sliced tic
6. 4 tblsp finely chopped fresh fennel
7. 1 tblsp chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Pre head the oven to 300
2. Mix together, the ingredients from 1 to 5
3. Bake un till the olives look plump, 45 minutes
4. Remove from the oven, let cool off
5. Drain the olives
6. Mix in the parsley and finely chopped fennel
7. Refrigerate for 1 hour remove from the refrigerator 45 minutes before, you are ready to serve

Olive nere al forno

ingredienti:
1. 4 tazze di olive nere
2. ¾ tazza di olio d’oliva
3. Ts flex peperone rosso
4. 1 cucchiai di timo secco
5. 5 spicchi d’aglio, fette tic
6. 4 cucchiai di finocchio tritato fresco
7. 1 di prezzemolo tritato tblsp
Direzioni:
1. Pre testa il forno a 300
2. Mescolare insieme gli ingredienti da 1 a 5
3. Cuocere ONU finché le olive sembrano paffuto, 45 minuti
4. Togliere dal forno, lasciare raffreddare
5. Scolate le olive
6. Mescolare il prezzemolo e finocchio tritato
7. Mettete in frigo per 1 ora, togliere dal frigorifero 45 minuti prima, di servire
